My name is Nathan Zimmerman. I'm a knifemaker from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Throughout my life, I have developed a strong love for craft of all sorts. Beginning with cardboard and legos, escalating into jewelry making, and after finding a Knife Sharpening job Sophomore year at UWM, I began making knives.
zimKnives, LLC was incorporated in February of 2012, and since then, we have moved from humble beginnings in a residential garage, to our own shop and storefront, and are producing high quality custom cutlery for Chefs in Milwaukee, and around the world.
As well as custom knives, our new storefront is a resource for sharpening, private lessons, and retail of choice production knives
