My name is Nathan Zimmerman.  I'm a knifemaker from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Throughout my life, I have developed a strong love for craft of all sorts.  Beginning with cardboard and legos, escalating into jewelry making, and after finding a Knife Sharpening job Sophomore year at UWM, I began making knives.

zimKnives, LLC was incorporated in February of 2012, and since then, we have moved from humble beginnings in a residential garage, to our own 1600 sq ft shop, and are producing high quality custom cutlery for Chefs in Milwaukee, and around the world.
