These 7" AEB-L Stainless Chef Knives are handy and light, great for everyday cooking.  The design is a mixture of French and Japanese knives, with a dramatic distal taper, and a very thin edge, these knives feel like and fast in the hand, but with the edge geometry to handle any kitchen cutting tasks. AEB-L stainless steel at 61rc offers a very tough blade with good wear resistance for a stainless steel.  A fine, evenly distributed carbide structure results in very sharp, easy to maintain edges.  The handles are sturdily built from black micarta sandwiched around a solid full length hidden tang.
 
Each knife comes with lifetime free sharpening, a zippered soft case from Ace Case, and a lifetime warranty.
